Bridgend County Borough Council – Digital & DDaT Operating Model:
Full assessment and redesign of IT, PMO, Digital and Data capability to support more effective, user-centred service delivery and long-term organisational resilience.
This assignment involved a detailed maturity assessment across functions, the design of a future-state operating model, development of a clear and prioritised roadmap, and practical restructure recommendations. The work supported senior leaders in strengthening governance, clarifying accountabilities, and building the foundations for a modern, sustainable DDaT function aligned to public-sector best practice.
Girlguiding – Digital Futures Transformation:
Programme leadership for a national charity delivering a complex, multi-year digital transformation to modernise core platforms, improve the end-to-end member experience, and strengthen data and technology foundations.
The work included leading a major CRM replacement, improving volunteer and membership management systems, establishing clear governance and PMO structures, and embedding new ways of working across the organisation. Alongside delivery, the programme focused on capability uplift, change adoption, and ensuring teams were equipped to sustain and evolve the transformation long after implementation.
Central London Forward – Digital Infrastructure Advocacy:
Supporting a strategic partnership of 12 London boroughs to unlock improvements in digital infrastructure delivery and strengthen collective advocacy across the region.
The work focused on enabling collaboration between boroughs, developing shared priorities, supporting funding and investment cases, and engaging with central government and industry partners. This helped create a stronger, coordinated approach to infrastructure that delivers tangible benefits for residents, businesses, and local economies.
West Sussex County Council – DSIT 5G ‘Beach’ Programme:
Accelerating the delivery of a pioneering, government-funded 5G connectivity pilot designed to explore how advanced digital infrastructure can enable smarter public services in coastal communities.
The programme supported innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and real-world trials, helping translate emerging technology into practical applications. It focused on delivering measurable outcomes, building local capability, and creating learning that could be scaled and replicated across other places and programmes.
